Raymond De Luca, Jr, CPA
Ray graduated from Monmouth College, West Long Branch, NJ in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and has worked in public accounting since 1988. Ray worked at numerous accounting positions in banking at Ocean Federal Savings & Loan from 1976-1988 then went into Public Accounting. He has been working in Public Accounting since that time and is now a founding partner in the Firm of McCarthy and DeLuca, LLP.
Ray specializes in restaurants, construction, chiropractic practices as well as other types of business accounting.

Donna McCarthy, CPA
Donna graduated from Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and has worked in public accounting since January of 1989. She has worked in a few firms as an employee and partner and now a founding partner of the Firm of McCarthy and DeLuca, LLP.
She is a Certified QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and specializes in setup and training of staff to use and operate QuickBooks to best suit each business.
With extensive experience in tax preparation for individuals as well as tax preparation and consulting for many business clients including restaurants, construction, retail and law offices. Donna maintains trust accounts for attorneys and is well versed in NJ Bar Association rules.
